The residential component of the project is split into 4 distinct quarters, each having their own architectural style. The residential quarters converge on a large shared private garden that has a lake as the center piece. The buildings and landscape are envisaged to form a natural extension of each other, to blur the line between inside and out and in doing so build upon the idea of shared community and the necessity of cooling external environments to manage the intense summer heat of Uzbekistan.
