Conceptual design developed for an architectural competition as part of a new neighborhood envisioned with a diverse range of architectural identities. Located along the riverfront, the building was designed to maximize views and strengthen its relationship with the water. Its form reflects the geometry of the river, shaping the building’s architectural identity while establishing a strong connection with the surrounding neighborhood and riverfront landscape.
