Concept design for a high-rise mixed-use residential development including three towers of varying heights, with part of the ground floor dedicated to commercial use. The main challenge was to accommodate three towers on a compact site while carefully managing their height and spacing to ensure adequate daylight and insolation. The design focused on achieving the required residential floor area while maintaining comfortable living conditions and integrating active commercial functions at ground level.
