Conceptual design developed for a residential complex masterplan on behalf of a developer. The project included the planning of a residential complex alongside several buildings with different functional uses, with particular attention to the required distances between buildings and the creation of a cohesive landscape that connects the entire development.

A key challenge was to balance the site’s planning constraints with the required amount of residential floor area. The design carefully considered building height and spacing to ensure adequate daylight and insolation while maximizing the efficiency and quality of the living spaces.
